Explore our curated catalog of wedding and event decor online. Find the perfect pieces to match your style and vision. Add your favorite pieces to your cart or wishlist.
2. Request a Quote
Submit your cart to request a custom rental quote. We’ll follow up to confirm availability, finalize the order, and send over a rental agreement.
3. Secure Your Booking
Once you're ready, confirm your rental with a signed contract and a reservation fee to hold your items.
4. Pick Up & Celebrate
A few days before your event, you’ll receive email instructions for self-serve pickup from our secure Stratford location—starting Thursday at 8am. Friends or family are welcome to handle pickup and drop-off on your behalf.
5. Return with Ease
Drop everything back off at the same location by the following Tuesday at 6pm. That’s it—no stress, no fuss.
FAQs
What is your rental period?
Our standard rental period is 5 days, running from Thursday to Tuesday. You’re welcome to pick up and return your items at any time within this window. A late fee will apply for items not returned by Tuesday at 10:00 PM.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums here! Whether you’re renting a few key pieces or styling your entire celebration, we’re happy to help.
Can I see the items in person before booking?
Absolutely! We’d love to show you our collection. In-person previews are available by appointment only. Use our Calendly booking calendar to schedule a time that works best for you.
What are my payment options?
All rentals must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the start of your rental period. Early payments are always welcome. We accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer, and all rentals are subject to HST. Full payment details will be included in your booking confirmation email.
Do I need to pay to reserve inventory?
Yes. A 25% non-refundable reservation fee and a signed rental agreement are required to secure your items. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your rental period begins.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your rental is booked, your items are reserved exclusively for your date and are no longer available to other clients. We understand that plans can change, and in the event of a cancellation, fees will apply depending on how close it is to your event. Please note: the 25% reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
What if something gets damaged?
We understand that accidents can happen. A refundable damage deposit is required with every rental. If an item is returned damaged, the cost of repair or replacement (as outlined in your rental agreement) will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, you’ll be responsible for the remaining amount. We ask that you kindly notify us of any damages when returning your items.
Do you offer delivery and pick-up?
At this time, we do not offer delivery or pick-up services. All rentals are pick-up only from our location in Stratford, Ontario. We appreciate your understanding as our business grows!
